We have launched our fundraising campaign for the 2022 Boys High School season. We will be offering $500 grants to schools that startup a new boys volleyball team. Our goal is to raise $10,000, so that we can offer grants to 20 high schools. Please help us reach this goal and get us closer to GHSA status.

The Southern Region of USA Volleyball (SRVA) was proud to field two boys High Performance teams for the 2021 season. The boys selected for these two teams, Boys Nike Southern Select and Boys Nike Southern Youth, participated in tryouts, a four day training camp at Life University and four days of competition at the All-Star Championships in Orlando, FL. They were supported and trained by a phenomenal coaching staff including CJ Shearer (Life University), Eric Duda (Paralympian, current USA Men's Sitting Team member), Eddie Pennington (Tusculum University), Brian Hogg (Western Kentucky), Carlos Soler (A5 - GA) and Cullum Miller (C2 Attack-TN).
The boys put on a phenomenal performance amidst very strong competition and served the Southern Region High Performance Program proudly by claiming spots on the podium in their Inaugural year. The Boys Youth team finished 3rd in the International Youth division while the Boys Select team finished 2nd in the National Select division. The Southern Region HP Program is excited to be a proponent of the growth and advancement of boys volleyball in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee and we look forward to providing continued opportunities for boys to play volleyball in the future!
Boys Volleyball of Georgia was founded in 2019 with a two-fold purpose. First, we want to provide grants to Georgia High Schools that need assistance to start a boys volleyball team. Our second purpose is to provide scholarships to elite athletes to play Boys Club Volleyball in Georgia.
First Point Volleyball Foundation and USAV donated $1M to the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) to start mens volleyball teams at six Historically Black Colleges. Two of these school are in Georgia and include Fort Valley State University near Warner Robins and Morehouse College in Atlanta. These new teams will begin their seasons in 2022.
